Should I get a membership or class packs? Most importantly, will I like it?

Before committing to a new exercise routine or even just trying something new it’s perfectly normal to hesitate. As long as that paused moment of reflection doesn’t prevent you from trying something new. Afterall, moving your body will foster a positive change not only physically but also to your mental health. Two things that when stable and working together improve your quality of life. What is important to determine is how often feels right for you to workout and what’s sustainable, can you commit to 3 classes per week? For your lifestyle is that enough? Remember that the more you move, the more energy you gain, and you’ll see positive changes in other areas, like improved quality of sleep.

One major convenience of working out online is that you can put more focus on your workout rather than time on planning how to get to the gym or studio. So, when it comes to choosing the right package (class packs or memberships) ask yourself what your goal is, what steps do you need to take to achieve your goal and make a decision based on that. Having a membership, for example, might help keep you accountable because you know there isn’t a limit to the number of classes you can take, you simply have to book your classes and show up. Try booking 21 days at a time to help yourself stay committed!

Everyone views online classes differently, but with Barre Fit Warriors you can rest assured you won’t be left feeling alone or unsupported. Classed are guided, they are in real-time, and you get direct group and individual feedback, which helps take the guess work out of working out. Everything you need to succeed is thought out for you, down to the carefully choreographed routine and engaging playlist. Plus, the environment is fun, people are welcoming and kind, which will allow you to push through on days you might not be feeling it.

If you’re not sure about how you feel about online real-time fitness classes, more particularly Barre Fitness, you can always start with the new client special.
