Being a Warrior means…

Being part of a community that is catered to helping me foster a healthy mind, body, and soul from the comfort of my home. It’s having the courage to want to work on myself. It means being encouraged, supported, and uplifted by an environment that albeit virtual has constantly been there to get me moving, push through the shake and burn of an exercise. Being a Warrior has allowed me to forge real connections, feel included, and gain access to a community that makes working out more motivating.

More so, being a Warrior means achieving your fitness goals from a guided approach. Whether it be for livestream Barre, Piloxing SSP, or Piloxing Barre, personalised corrections are offered to maximize the workout and to ensure the body is properly aligned. You get better results when you’re doing it right.

Nicole Grant is the proud owner and Master Trainer of Barre Fit Warriors! Nicole was a professional dancer for over 25 years. She graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University's Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance/Pedagogy and over the years acquired a number of certifications in many different forms of fitness. To name a few, she is a certified Yoga Instructor in Hatha, Yin, Restorative & Gravity Yoga. Nicole is also a Certified American Barre Technique Master Trainer/Coach, a Piloxing SSP/Piloxing Barre & Pilates Flow Instructor.
